Refund / Cancellations:
Orders for product can only be cancelled before they have shipped. If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel the order and not ship it out. If it has already shipped please look at the returns section on how to return the product. If you cancel an order we can not reverse the cancellation, you will have to place a new order.
If you have sent in a product for us to perform work on and would like to cancel you must tell us before we start any work. If we have started work on your order you may be responsible for the labor that was performed prior to order cancellation. You will also be liable for return shipping and handling of the canceled order back to you.
All sales of custom and special orders are final.
Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return any new and unused item within 14 days for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after 14 days. Any item that has been used can not be returned. Please contact us prior to sending product back to get a return authorization. No refunds will be issued without prior return authorization.
Custom work and custom made items cannot be returned or cancelled. Please contact us if you are not happy with any custom work that we have performed and we will try to work it out.
Shipping:
We strive to ship every order out as fast as possible. All in stock items should ship out within the next two business days. We ship either USPS or FedEx depending on which is best for the product shipping. For all custom work we will try and provide as accurate as possible of a lead time. There are factors that can change any lead time. If you have any question at all or want the most current lead time please contact us.
Custom Made Items
Please be aware that if your item is custom made or custom sized it will take time to be produced in addition to the shipping time. We try to keep the more popular items stocked in common sizes, but it is impossible to keep every ring, cap, coat, and pair of boots stocked in all sizes at all times. Most custom made items will take three to five weeks production time. If you need any custom made item by a specific date please let us know and we will make every attempt to expedite the production process, but we cannot guarantee completion date. If you want to use any other shipping service than those provided in checkout please contact us BEFORE making your purchase.
